The Rev. Jonathan Wilson-Hartgrove

The Rev. Jonathan Wilson-Hartgrove (he/him) is a writer, preacher, and moral activist. He and his wife Leah founded the Rutba House, a house of hospitality in Durham, North Carolina. He serves as Assistant Director at the Yale Center for Public Theology and Public Policy and is an Associate Minister at St. John’s Missionary Baptist Church.

Jonathan is the author or coauthor of more than a dozen books, including most recently Revolution of Values and White Poverty, with Bishop William J. Barber, II. He and Barber also co-publish the “Our Moral Moment” Substack and are steering committee members for the Save America Movement.
