Daniel Hoagland

Daniel Hoagland (he/him) is a nonprofit leader with more than a decade of experience in organizational development and change management.

Prior to joining PRRI, Daniel served as Chief of Staff for the NoMa Business Improvement District, where he oversaw strategy and operations for the organization responsible for the 35-block NoMa neighborhood in northeast D.C. Daniel also has experience in local advocacy, transportation planning, outdoor education, and program management, and he is a trained facilitator and coach.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Daniel earned his bachelor’s degree in English literature and creative writing from Tufts University, and his master’s degree in applied politics from Suffolk University.
